Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, we highly recommend that you inspect the products while the courier is still at your door. If you choose not to check the items at the time of delivery, please note that you will not be able to return the product for a refund. The only exception to this policy is if there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange a product, you have two options:

1. Visit Our Showroom: You can bring the item to our showroom for an exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

2. Delivery Exchange: Alternatively, you may request an exchange via delivery. Please be aware that an additional delivery fee will be applicable for this service.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. To facilitate this process, please provide photographic evidence of the defect and a detailed description of the issue.
